Title: Irresistible Low Fat Chocolate Brownies

1cnEagle Brand Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz; NOT eva
1/3cUnsweetened cocoa
3/4cSemi-sweet chocolate chips
4 Egg whites
1/4cUnsifted flour
1tsBaking powder
1tsVanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350'F. Spray 13x9" baking pan with cooking spray. In 2-quart glass measure with handle, combine Eagle Brand Low Fat, cocoa and chips. Cook in microwave oven on 100% power (high) 2 minutes or until chips melt, stirring after each minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
